Dopo le ore 20:00 sarà comunque possibile accedere tramite il sistema automatico; tuttavia, eventuali richieste di assistenza in presenza o interventi del nostro personale comporteranno un supplemento di €30, da corrispondere direttamente all’addetto. Si precisa che, dopo le ore 20:00, eventuali malfunzionamenti del sistema domotico (a titolo esemplificativo: assenza di connessione internet, guasti al dispositivo di apertura elettronica o altri impedimenti tecnici) non potranno essere riparati nell’immediato e non saranno imputabili alla nostra responsabilità. Pertanto, qualora l’ospite non riesca ad accedere alla struttura, anche a seguito di eventuale intervento del personale, la prenotazione potrà essere considerata come no show, senza diritto a rimborso.
