Il check-in è completamente automatizzato e consente l’accesso in autonomia alla struttura. Dopo le ore 20:00 sarà comunque possibile accedere tramite il sistema automatico; tuttavia, eventuali richieste di assistenza in presenza o interventi del nostro personale comporteranno un supplemento di €30, da corrispondere direttamente all’addetto. Si precisa che, dopo le ore 20:00, eventuali malfunzionamenti del sistema domotico (a titolo esemplificativo: assenza di connessione internet, guasti al dispositivo di apertura elettronica o altri impedimenti tecnici) non potranno essere riparati nell’immediato e non saranno imputabili alla nostra responsabilità. Pertanto, qualora l’ospite non riesca ad accedere alla struttura, anche a seguito di eventuale intervento del personale, la prenotazione potrà essere considerata come no show, senza diritto a rimborso. Dopo le ore 23:00 non è garantita la disponibilità di intervento in presenza. Check-in is fully automated and allows independent access to the property. After 8:00 PM, access will still be possible through the automated system; however, any requests for in-person assistance or staff intervention will incur a €30 supplement, to be paid directly to the staff member. Please note that after 8:00 PM, any malfunctions of the automated system (including, but not limited to: internet connection failure, electronic door-opening device malfunction, or other technical issues) cannot be resolved immediately and shall not be considered our responsibility. Therefore, should the guest be unable to access the property, even following any possible staff intervention, the reservation may be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund.
